This leather is processed using eco-tanning technology, which is an environmentally friendly tanning technology, the original smell of sheepskin will disappear/reduce over time with air. Sheep wool also has a natural, long-lasting smell of lanolin (skin moisturizer) and this lanolin acts as a natural protection and preservative for the skin.
